Easy Blood Orange Tiramisu

Ingredients

GF lady fingers

blood orange juice

cream cheese, room temperature

egg yolks

heavy cream

dark cocoa powder
blood orange slices for garnish, optional
Instructions
This will fit in a 10x7 baking dish with sides that are at least 2" high.
Add the egg yolks and sugar to a bowl. Beat on high for 5 minutes until it's pale yellow in color, silky, and forms ribbons. Set aside.
Add the cream cheese and heavy cream to a separate bowl. Mix on high until smooth and combined.
Gently fold the egg mixture into the cream cheese mixture and set aside.
Pour the blood orange juice into a shallow dish.
Quickly dip a lady finger into the orange juice and place in the bottom of the baking dish. Continue until the bottom is covered.
Spread half of the cream mixture over the top of the lady fingers. Spread it out.
Add a second layer of dipped lady fingers to the top.
Spread the remaining cream mixture over the top.
Let the tiramisu refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Dust cocoa powder over the top. Garnish with blood orange slices if desired.
