Easy No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie

There is nothing like that first creamy and dreamy bite of the sweet yet slightly savory and salty bite of Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie.

Equipment

  • 2 mixing bowls
  • 1 Mixer
  • 1 9x13 baking dish

Ingredients

Peanut Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups peanuts, crushed
  • 1 cup 1.1 Gluten Free flour all purpose flour can be substituted
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Layers

  • 5.9 oz instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 16 oz whipped topping
  • 1 cup crushed peanuts

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the ingredients for the crust to a bowl and mix to combine.
  • Press the crust mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely.
  • Add the chocolate pudding and milk to a bowl. Mix until thickened. If using Dairy Free milk mix on high to help it set.
  • Set aside.
  • Add the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar to a bowl and mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the crust.
  • Spread the chocolate pudding on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Top with whipped topping.
  • Sprinkle the crushed peanuts over the top.
  • Allow to chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Enjoy!
