No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Pie
A pretzel crust is topped with layers of peanut butter cheesecake and chocolate pudding for the ultimate no bake dessert.

Ingredients

pretzels, crushed, plus additional for topping if desired

instant chocolate pudding, plus oat milk to prepare

powdered sugar

creamy peanut butter, plus a little additional for topping if desired

Instructions
Crush the pretzels and spread them into a 7x10 baking dish.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the pretzels and press down.
Add the peanut butter, milk, cream cheese, and powdered sugar to a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Spread the peanut butter mixture over the top of the pretzel crust.
Mix the chocolate pudding according to the package directions with the milk reduced by half. If using Dairy Free milk mix on high to help it set.
Pour the chocolate pudding over the top of the peanut butter layer and spread it out.
Spread the whipped toping over the top of the chocolate layer.
Drizzle a little peanut butter over the top and use a skewer to create a pattern if desired. Garnish with additional crushed pretzels.
