Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Rice Krispie Treats

1 9x13 casserole dish
Ingredients

marshmallows

Dairy Free butter

Gluten Free brown rice crisps cereal
1
cup
peanut butter, divided
1
cup
semi-sweet chocolate, either chocolate chips or finely chopped chocolate
1/2
cup
chopped peanuts
Instructions
Add the butter and marshmallows to a stockpot over medium-low heat. Stir until melted.
Add 1/2 cup of peanut butter, stirring to combine.
Turn off the heat and stir in the cereal.
Pour the cereal mixture into the 9x 13 casserole dish. Spread out with a spatula. Allow to cool.
Hea the remaining 1/2 cup peanut butter in the microwave for about 10 seconds, or until slightly melted.
Pour over the top of the rice krispie treats and spread out.
Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler.
Drizzle over the top of the peanut butter.
Top with chopped peanuts.
