Gluten and Dairy Free Easy Ham Hash Skillet

Tender and crispy potatoes are combined with savory ham and sautéed vegetables for an easy one pan dish perfect any time of day.

Equipment

  • 1 sharp knife
  • 1 Large skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ham, cubed
  • 2 cups potatoes, cubed
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • eggs cooked your favorite way

Instructions

  • Chop all of your vegetables and ham.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil.
  • Add the potatoes and allow them to cook until browned and slightly tender, 5-10 minutes.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
  • Reduce heat to low and allow to cook until the potatoes are fully tender, about 10 minutes.
  • To serve, top with eggs cooked your favorite way.
