Gluten and Dairy Free Eggnog French Toast Casserole

Rich eggnog and the warm spices of the season take this French toast bake to the next level.

Equipment

  • 1 9x13 baking dish
  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups Dairy Free eggnog
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 12 Gluten Free sweet rolls cubed, approximately 8 cups

Instructions

  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
  • Cube up your sweet rolls and add to the prepared baking dish.
  • Add the eggs, eggnog, sugar, and spices to a bowl and whisk together.
  • Pour the custard over the top of the bread.
  • Cover the baking dish and allow it to refrigerate for at least 4 hours up to overnight.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bake the eggnog French toast casserole for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!
