Ingredients
Rack of Pork

black pepper

paprika
Orange-Honey Glaze

honey
1/4
cup
orange marmalade
1/2
cup
water
dash of ancho chile powder
pinch of salt and pepper

tsp
onion powder
1/2
tsp
paprika
Instructions
Rack of Pork
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the salt, pepper, and paprika together. Evenly sprinkle the seasoning mix on all sides of the pork.
Place the rack of pork in a roasting pan.
Allow the pork to roast for 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 145 degrees.
Let rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
Brush with the glaze.

Orange-Honey Glaze
Add all of the ingredients for the glaze to a saucepan over medium heat.
Allow it to cook for 20 minutes or until it has thickened.
