Easy Roasted Rack of Pork

Simply seasoned pork is glazed with a sweet and tangy orange-honey glaze.

  • 1 instant read thermometer
  • 1 saucepan

Ingredients

Rack of Pork

Orange-Honey Glaze

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup water
  • dash of ancho chile powder
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

Rack of Pork

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix the salt, pepper, and paprika together. Evenly sprinkle the seasoning mix on all sides of the pork.
  • Place the rack of pork in a roasting pan.
  • Allow the pork to roast for 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 145 degrees.
  • Let rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
  • Brush with the glaze.
  • Enjoy!

Orange-Honey Glaze

  • Add all of the ingredients for the glaze to a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Allow it to cook for 20 minutes or until it has thickened.
