Ingredients

ground beef

tomato paste

kosher salt

black pepper

ketchup

Worcestershire sauce
1
bell pepper, diced
1
onion, diced
1
cup
water
1
tsp
garlic, minced
1
tbsp
date syrup or maple syrup
3/4
tsp
mustard powder

tsp
chili powder
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add your ground beef. Use your spoon to break it up as it cooks, allowing it to cook about halfway.
Add your onions and bell pepper. Cook it until the onions are translucent and the beef is cooked all the way through.
Add your remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cover your skillet.
Allow the mixture to cook for 10 minutes. If the sauce reduces too much add a little more water.
Serve on your favorite buns.
