Ingredients
Shrimp and Crab Cakes

cup
shrimp, cleaned and rough chopped
1
cup
crab meat
3/4
cup
mayonnaise
1
cup
Gluten Free panko
2
eggs
1/2
tsp
kosher salt
1
tbsp
lemon juice
1 1/2
tsp
ranch seasoning
3
tbsp
vegetable oil, for frying
Dill Sauce
1/2
cup
mayonnaise
1
tsp
lemon juice
1
tsp
dill, chopped
2
tbsp
relish
Instructions
Shrimp and Crab Cakes
Add all of the ingredients except for the vegetable oil to a bowl. Mix until just combined.
Preheat your grill to 400 degrees. Place a grill safe skillet on the grates and allow it to heat. Add the oil.
Use a scoop to portion out 4 equal sized shrimp and crab cakes. Add them into the hot pan and flatten.
Allow the first side to cook for 4-5 minutes until you begin to see the edges turn golden brown.
Flip them and cook the second side until golden brown, 4-5 minutes.
Serve with the dill sauce. Enjoy!
Dill Sauce
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
Chill until ready to use.
