Orange Raspberry Tiramisu

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 7x10 baking dish, 2" deep

Ingredients

Orange Cream

  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp orange liqueur
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 14 oz cream of coconut, just the cream portion, not the liquid
  • zest of 1 orange
  • juice of 1/2 orange

Orange Raspberry Tiramisu

  • 1 pkg lady fingers
  • 8 oz whipped cream
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 cups raspberries

Instructions

Orange Cream

  • Add all of the ingredients to a bowl. Mix on high until light and creamy.

Orange Raspberry Tiramisu

  • Add the orange slices, water, and sugar to a saucepan on medium heat. Allow it to simmer for 20-25 minutes until it has reduced and thickened to more of a syrup like texture. Let cool to room temperature.
  • To make your tiramisu, quickly dip half of the lady fingers into the orange simple syrup. Arrange them on the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Spread half of the orange cream on top of the lady fingers.
  • Sprinkle half of the raspberries over the top of the orange cream.
  • Dip the remaining lady fingers in the orange simple syrup and arrange on top of the raspberry layer.
  • Spread the remaining orange cream over the lady fingers.
  • Spread the Dairy Free whipped cream over the top and top with the remaining raspberries.
  • Cover and allow to refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
