Ingredients
Spiced Pork Chops

pork chops, bone in recommend

Spiceology One World
1/4
tsp
kosher salt
1
tsp
olive oil
Poblano Sauce
1
poblano, seeds and stem removed
1
tsp
garlic
pinch of salt and pepper
2
tbsp
coconut milk
Sweet Potato Puree
2
sweet potatoes
1/4
cup
coconut milk
1/2
tsp
kosher salt
Jicama Slaw
1
cup
jicama, julienned
1/4
cup
radish, julienned
juice of 2 limes
1
tsp
agave syrup
can replace with honey
pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
Spiced Pork Chops
Preheat oven to 375. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and One Love. Drizzle with olive oil and place into a baking dish.
Bake until you reach your desired temperature. I like to pull mine at 145 degrees and allow them to rest for 10 minutes.
Poblano Sauce
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Sweet Potato Puree
Cook your potatoes your favorite way, such as baking or microwaving.
Scoop the flesh from the skin and add to a bowl along with the coconut milk and salt. Mash until smooth and creamy.
Jicama Slaw
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine. Allow to sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
