Gluten and Dairy Free Loaded Cuban Sliders
All of the favorite flavors of a Cuban sandwich are piled into slider buns for the ultimate fully loaded bite.

1 7"x10" baking dish
Ingredients

cups
pulled pork
12
slices
smoked ham
6
slices
Dairy Free Swiss cheese
3
tbsp
mustard
6
Gluten Free sweet rolls
pickles
3
tbsp
Dairy Free butter, room temperature
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread 1/2 tbsp of mustard on the bottom half of each roll.
Evenly distribute the pulled pork to each roll. Top with two slices of ham each, and one slice of Swiss cheese. Top with pickles.
Add the top buns. Spread 1/2 tbsp of butter over the top of each bun. Place in baking dish.
Bake the sliders for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
