Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and ground chicken.
Use your spoon to break up the chicken. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
Add the diced poblano pepper, water, and Dano's Chipotle seasoning. Allow the chicken to cook for another 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, the water has slightly evaporated, and the poblanos are tender.
While the chicken is cooking heat up your refried beans.
To build your tostadas, spread a layer of beans onto the tostada shell.
Top with a sprinkle of cheese. Add the chipotle chicken. Finish off with tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro is desired.
