1 ice cream scoop
Ingredients
Dairy Free vanilla ice cream
You can also use dairy ice cream for this

plain potato chips

tbsp
brown sugar
4
tbsp
Dairy Free butter
Dairy Free hazelnut chocolate spread, or favorite fudge topping
Dairy Free whipped cream for topping, optional
Cherries for topping, optional
Instructions
Crush the potato chips.
Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the butter and sugar.
Stir until the butter is melted and the sugar mostly dissolved.
Add the crushed potato chips. Toss to coat.
Pour the potato chip mixture and allow to cool completely.
Use an ice cream scoop to roll 3" to 4" balls.
Roll the ice cream into the cooled potato chips.
Top with chocolate hazelnut toppings and whipped cream. Don't forget the cherry!
