Ingredients

frozen shredded hashbrowns

Dairy Free sour cream

Dairy Free sharp cheddar shreds

bell pepper, diced

bacon, cooked and crumbled

ham, chopped

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 7x10 baking dish with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
Add your eggs, sour cream, and Dan-O's to a mixing bowl and mix to combine.
Add the hashbrowns, bacon, ham, cheddar cheese, and bell pepper to the prepared casserole dish and toss to combine.
Pour the egg mixture over the top.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. The center should be set, and it should be golden brown.
