Dairy Free Cheesy Ham Hashbrown Casserole

This comforting casserole combines ham, bacon, Dairy Free cheese, and eggs with hashbrowns.

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 7"x10" baking dish

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tsp Dan-O's spicy seasoning
  • 15 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup Dairy Free sour cream
  • 8 oz Dairy Free sharp cheddar shreds
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 lbs bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz ham, chopped I used a ham steak

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 7x10 baking dish with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
  • Add your eggs, sour cream, and Dan-O's to a mixing bowl and mix to combine.
  • Add the hashbrowns, bacon, ham, cheddar cheese, and bell pepper to the prepared casserole dish and toss to combine.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. The center should be set, and it should be golden brown.
