Ingredients

Gluten Free 1.1 flour

cocoa powder

baking powder

cinnamon

kosher salt

ripe bananas

sugar

cup
Dairy Free butter, room temperature

eggs
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
cup
Dairy Free dark chocolate chips
1/2
cup
Dairy Free semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9" loaf pan with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
Add your eggs and sugar to a mixing bowl and mix on high for a couple of minutes.
Add the bananas, Dairy Free butter, and vanilla and mix.
Add all of the remaining ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Mix until just combined.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Bake for 45-55 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
