These sweet and savory donuts combine Pork Panko and bacon with a maple glaze.

Pork Panko
1/2
cup
Dairy Free milk

egg
1/2
cup
brown sugar

baking soda

baking powder

tsp
vanilla extract

Dairy Free sour cream
1/4
cup
vegetable oil
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
Maple Glaze
1 1/4
cups
powdered sugar
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/3
cup
pure maple syrup
cooked bacon, chopped
Instructions
Donuts
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 donut pans with nonstick baking spray. This recipe makes 10 donuts.
Add the milk, egg, and Pork Panko to a bowl and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Mix in the sour cream, vanilla, and oil.
Add the remamining ingredients and mix until just combined.
Divide the batter between the 2 pans.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Flip the donuts out of the pans and allow them to cool before frsting.
Maple Glaze
Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth and silky.
Dip the donuts into the glaze.
Top with crumbled bacon.
