Gluten and Dairy Free Molten Hot Fudge Cake

This moist and decadent chocolate cake oozes chocolate flavor in each fudgy bite.

Equipment

  • 2 mixing bowls
  • 7"x10" baking dish

Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 1/4 cups Gluten Free 1.1 flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup Dairy Free cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup Dairy Free milk
  • 1/4 cup Dairy Free butter, melted
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp espresso powder
  • 1/4 cup Dairy Free chocolate chips I used dark chocolate.

Topping

  • 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 12 oz freshly brewed coffee, hot

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 7x10 baking dish with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
  • Mix together all of the ingredients for the cake.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  • Mix together the dry ingredients for the topping.
  • Sprinkle the topping evenly all over the top of the cake batter.
  • Pour the hot coffee over the top. Do not mix it in!
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
  • Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
