Ingredients
Cake

Gluten Free 1.1 flour

sugar
1/3
cup
Dairy Free cocoa powder

baking powder

tsp
salt

Dairy Free milk
1/4
cup
Dairy Free butter, melted
1
tsp
pure vanilla extract

tsp
espresso powder

Dairy Free chocolate chips
I used dark chocolate.
Topping
1/2
cup
granulated white sugar
1/2
cup
packed light brown sugar

tbsp
cocoa powder

oz
freshly brewed coffee, hot
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 7x10 baking dish with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
Mix together all of the ingredients for the cake.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
Mix together the dry ingredients for the topping.
Sprinkle the topping evenly all over the top of the cake batter.
Pour the hot coffee over the top. Do not mix it in!
Bake for 35 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
