Gluten Free Sausage Balls with Pork Panko

Ingredients

lbs
pork sausage
bulk
1
cup
Pork Panko, divided
3/4
cup
Dairy Free milk
1
scallion, chopped
a couple of dashes of your favorite hot sauce
1 1/2
cup
Gluten Free baking mix
1
cup
Dary Free cheddar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x11 casserole dish with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
Add all of your ingredients to a bowl saving 1/2 a cup of the Pork Panko. Mix until fully combined.
Form the sausage mixture into 1" to 1 1/2" balls.
Lightly roll the sausage balls into the remaining 1/2 cup of Pork Panko to coat.
Place into prepared casserole dish.
Bake for 20-25minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite dipper. Enjoy!
