Ingredients

mashed ripe banana

strawberries, chopped
1/2

Dairy Free butter, melted
1
cup
sugar
2
eggs
1 3/4
cups
Gluten Free 1.1 flour
pinch of kosher salt

tsp
baking powder
1
tsp
almond extract
Glaze
1
cup
powdered sugar
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
1
tbsp
oat milk
optional red food coloring
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8" bundt pan with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
In a mixing bowl add the melted butter and sugar. Beat on high for 3 minutes until sugar is mostly dissolved.
Add the eggs and banana and mix.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
Allow to cool completely.
Glaze
In a bowl mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Pour over the cooled cake.
