Heat skillet over medium-low heat. Add the olive oil.
Add the remaining ingredients to a bowl and gently mix until just combined. Form into 3-4 patties, depending on how thick you like your burgers.
Add the patties to the skillet and cover, cooking 3-4 minutes before flipping. Allow the first side to sear.
Cook the second side 3-4 minutes more while covered. The internal temp should read 165.
