Heat oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking dish with foil. Season country style pork ribs with salt and pepper and arrange them on the baking sheet. Cover them with foil.
Bake for 2 hours or until the country style pork ribs are tender.
Place pork in a smaller casserole dish.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour 3/4 of the sauce over the pork.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until glossy and glazed. Serve with remaining sauce. Enjoy!
