This one sheet pan dinner combines sweet fresh roasted tomatoes, savory dairy Free feta, and pillowy soft Gluten Free gnocchi for a quick and easy dinner.

Gluten Free gnocchi

pint
cherry tomatoes
1

Outside Table Everyday Herb

kosher salt

cup
jalapeno olive oil
may substitute with regular olive oil
1
garlic clove, minced
1
block of feta, Dairy Free
*fresh basil and Dairy Free parmesan for topping

roasted red pepper bruschetta
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread the gnocchi and tomatoes on the baking sheet and toss evenly in the olive oil, garlic, and seasonings.
Place the feta in the center of the baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until tomatoes are beginning to burst and the feta is melting.
Toss to combine and evenly coat. Top with fresh basil, parmesan, and roasted red pepper bruschetta if desired. Enjoy!
