Gluten Free S'mores Pancakes

These fluffy pancakes are infused with graham crackers and stacked with marshmallow fluff and dairy free chocolate hazelnut spread.

Equipment

  • Griddle or skillet
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula

Instructions

  • Add the graham cracker crumbs and oat milk to a bowl
  • Mix well and allow the graham crackers to soften and absorb the oat milk.
  • Mix your pancake batter in the same bowl, incorporating the soaked graham crackers into the batter.
  • Heat your griddle/skillet and cook your pancakes according to directions. Flip when bubbles begin to form on the top.
  • To assemble your s'mores pancakes, divide your pancakes in half. Spread marshmallow fluff on one half and hazelnut-chocolate spread on the other. Alternate when stacking.
  • Sprinkle with extra crushed graham crackers. Enjoy!

Notes

The amount of graham crackers and oat milk in this recipe if for one batch of pancakes, approximately 1 1/2 cups of mix. If making a double batch be sure to double the graham crackers and oat milk.
This recipe is Gluten Free and Dairy free. You can make the same recipe with your favorite brand of pancake milk and full dairy products.
