– 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
– ½ cup sour cream
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– ½ cup granulated sugar
– 2 tbsp brown sugar
– 1 egg
Apple Topping
– 2 cups peeled and diced apples
– ⅓ cup water
– ½ cup brown sugar
– ½ tsp ground cinnamon
– Pinch of salt
– 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water to make a slurry
